 At Sennenhund Acres, we believe that exceptional dogs are shaped not only by genetics, but by the care, environment, and experiences they receive from the very beginning. Our puppy raising program is built around thoughtful early development, proper socialization, and a strong foundation that prepares each puppy for life in a family home. 

 Our puppies are raised in our home, surrounded by everyday sights, sounds, and routines. They are handled daily and grow up as part of our family, allowing them to develop confidence, trust, and strong human bonds from an early age. 

 We implement Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) from days 3–16 of age. This program consists of brief, gentle exercises designed to support neurological development, resilience, and adaptability during a critical early growth period. 

 We introduce early litter training to help puppies develop clean habits and begin understanding appropriate potty areas. This early foundation supports smoother transitions into house training once puppies go to their new homes. 

 Puppies are gently introduced to short, positive crate experiences in an age-appropriate manner. This helps encourage calmness, confidence, and easier crate training for families, while reducing stress during transitions. 

 Our puppies experience age-appropriate socialization and enrichment, including exposure to different textures, surfaces, sounds, people, and safe environments. These early experiences help support well-rounded temperaments and confident puppies. 

 Every step of our puppy raising program is designed with the goal of producing healthy, confident, and emotionally stable companions. We focus on quality over quantity, intentional breeding, and supporting each puppy’s individual development.

 We are committed to lifelong support for our puppy families and are always happy to offer guidance as our puppies grow and transition into their new homes.
